Telegram

Telegram is a messaging service whose public channels and encrypted group chats appear throughout the vault's pages on militant accelerationism and the online abuse networks, less as a company than as the ground the networks stand on. After Iron March and Fascist Forge went down, "activity dispersed into encrypted messaging applications, Telegram channels, and alternative platforms that did not offer the persistent, searchable community structure" of the forums; Pavol Beňadik "began creating neo-Nazi Telegram content in the immediate aftermath of the Brenton Tarrant Christchurch attacks of March 2019," creating "at least five neo-Nazi Telegram channels and two group chats" that "drew the growing post-Christchurch accelerationist Telegram ecosystem into a more coherent network," and mentored Juraj Krajčík, who joined "at age 15 or 16," from that year. The Terrorgram Collective, designated by the State Department in January 2025, was "more than 200 Telegram channels that collectively produce and disseminate accelerationist and white supremacist propaganda."¹

The Network on the Platform

Feuerkrieg Division, dissolved after Estonian intervention in 2020, "resurfaced on Telegram in May 2021" and there built the United Acceleration Front and the National Socialist Coalition with InJekt Division, founded on "a public Telegram channel" in February 2021 by Coleman Thomas Blevins under the alias Korb; the Middlebury Institute and Tech Against Terrorism described "the key mechanism" as "encrypted Telegram servers, youth recruitment targeting adolescents, accelerationist violence framed as catalytic rather than instrumental, and the glorification of mass-casualty attackers as 'saints.'" Luke Hunter's channel, "with over 1,200 subscribers," distributed "terrorist handbooks, instructional material on surveillance, guerrilla warfare, weapons, and explosives"; Matthew Robert Allison "migrated to Telegram, where he operated with minimal platform enforcement for approximately five years"; Dallas Humber "communicated via Telegram with a user who stated he was planning a racially motivated school shooting in Brazil" a month before the Aracruz shootings; Noah Lamb assembled "The List" of assassination targets "distributed through the network's Telegram channels"; Jeremy Meilhac's profiles were "among the most influential within the Terrorgram network" by Europol's account; Nikita Casap planned his parents' murder with a Telegram contact called "Angel of Death." A private of the 173rd Airborne, under the alias "Etil Reggad," sent his unit's deployment plans "to O9A members on Telegram"; RapeWaffen Division was "organized primarily through encrypted Telegram channels"; Cameron Finnigan encouraged a young woman "to livestream her suicide to his Telegram group." Arda Küçükyetim distributed his manifesto through "a Telegram group he created prior to the attack," which Natalie Rupnow had browsed before the Madison school shooting. The Maniac Murder Cult's videos "migrated to VK and Telegram in 2019," and Michail Chkhikvishvili recruited "internationally through Telegram channels" while using Wire and Matrix internally. FashFront, the successor forum, runs "a companion Telegram channel under the handle @FashFrontSt" while H.I.V.E. prefers the forum "to Telegram for internal coordination."²

764 and the Com

764 "operates primarily across Discord, Telegram, Roblox, and various rotating platforms"; 764 Inferno "across multiple platforms including Discord, Telegram, and encrypted messaging applications"; Kaskar's Courtbox ran "a large public chat server on Telegram and Discord known as 'Court.'" Kyle Spitze "shared sexual videos of young children to a Telegram channel"; No Lives Matter, which "announced on Telegram" in May 2024 that its alliance with 764 "had ended a while ago," "recruits primarily through Telegram channels with limited content moderation," and its members' attacks "were filmed and uploaded to Telegram to gain status." Jeffrey Roussel was charged in Canada in April 2026 "for operating and promoting a Telegram group that disseminated the violent ideology and content of the 764 network." The Brazilian researcher Michele Prado of Stop Hate Brasil reported the network's Brazilian channels to ABIN in 2023.³
