This was part of a plan formulated by Michael Riconosciuto to reconfigure Chinese 107 MM rockets into a backpack-portable effective artillery counter battery system for the Mujahideen in Afghanistan.1
Lester Coleman's affidavit also states that the DEA was using Euramae Trading Company to sell PROMIS software to drug abuse control agencies in various Middle Eastern countries, including Pakistan.1
