John McMahon
McMahon, along with Norm Everheart, had been involved in psychic spying experiments since the early days of the CIA-sponsored work at SRI.
John McMahon was the Deputy Director for Operations at the CIA. He also served as the head of the Office of Technical Service (OTS), indicating his significant role in technical and covert operations, including those involving psychic intelligence.1
McMahon, along with Norm Everheart, had been involved in psychic spying experiments since the early days of the CIA-sponsored work at SRI. They were willing to give remote viewing a try in operational situations. McMahon was the superior of Norm Everheart, who served as the chief coordinator for Grill Flame taskings from the CIA's Operations Directorate.1
