John Carrette
Carrette later became the Executive Vice President of FGBMFI (Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International) and helped set up Jimmy Hughes in Honduras.
John Carrette was a Full Gospel businessman and a former U.S. Army Ranger in Vietnam. He aided and supported General Rios Montt, who became president of Guatemala in an army coup in March 1982. According to Carrette, the then-presidents of Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras were all Full Gospel.1
Carrette later became the Executive Vice President of FGBMFI (Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International) and helped set up Jimmy Hughes in Honduras. Hughes stated that Carrette "god-fathered" him into the Fellowship and that he had been in the Fellowship ever since.1
