Uri Simchoni
Brigadier General Uri Simchoni was a member of the Iran-Israel Joint Committee.
Brigadier General Uri Simchoni was a member of the Iran-Israel Joint Committee. He served at various times as assistant deputy chief of staff for operations for the Israel and as a military attaché in Washington, D.C.. He had also been the chief of the elite Golani infantry brigade.1
Simchoni was part of the Israeli delegation at the October 1980 Paris Summit Meeting, which included George H.W. Bush, William J. Casey, and Mehdi Karrubi.1
