Tony Christopher Long

Tony Christopher Long (born approximately 2006, Porterville, California) is a member of the 764 nihilistic violent extremist network who was indicted by a federal grand jury on October 23, 2025, in the Eastern District of California. The six-count indictment was announced publicly by DOJ on October 27, 2025. At the time of the federal indictment Long was already in state custody on related charges. He is named in the federal proceedings as a co-conspirator in the broader 764 investigation that produced the separate October 2025 indictment against Baron Cain Martin in Arizona.¹

Charges

The federal indictment charges Long on six counts:

• Counts 1-2: Animal crushing (two counts, 18 U.S.C. § 48, maximum 7 years each)
• Count 3: Sexual exploitation of a minor (mandatory minimum/maximum up to 30 years)
• Count 4: Possession of material involving sexual exploitation of a minor (maximum 10 years)
• Count 5: Cyberstalking (maximum 20 years)
• Count 6: Transmitting an interstate threat (maximum 2 years)

The victims include a juvenile in Washington State (the subject of the sexual exploitation and CSAM counts) and a juvenile in Kern County, California (the subject of the cyberstalking and threatening counts). The animal crushing counts involve video recordings of animal abuse, a category federally criminalized under 18 U.S.C. § 48.

Long operated online under the aliases Inactive, Inactivee0, and inactivecvx, documented in the indictment. His alleged conduct occurred in late 2024.¹

As of the October 2025 indictment, no plea or conviction status was publicly available. The case remained at the charging stage.²
