Prasan Nepal
Prasan Nepal (alias 'Trippy') co-led the 764 Inferno child exploitation enterprise with Leonidas Varagiannis, arrested in High Point, North Carolina in April 2025 and charged in D.C. with CSAM production and related offenses.
Prasan Nepal, known online as "Trippy," (born approximately 2005, High Point, North Carolina) co-led 764 Inferno alongside Leonidas Varagiannis ("War"), directing the subgroup's child exploitation enterprise against minor victims across multiple jurisdictions. Nepal was arrested in High Point on April 22, 2025, eight days before the DOJ announced charges against both defendants on April 30, 2025 in the District of Columbia. The charges include production and distribution of CSAM, coercion and enticement of minors, extortion, and conspiracy to operate a child exploitation enterprise. He faces a potential life sentence in federal prison. He was also named as a co-conspirator in the October 2025 federal indictment against Baron Cain Martin in the District of Arizona.1
764 Inferno Operations
Nepal and Varagiannis co-led 764 Inferno's operations using The Com ecosystem's coercive methods: grooming vulnerable young people through encrypted applications, coercing victims into producing explicit and degrading material through psychological manipulation and threats, ordering self-harm documentation ("cut signs" and "blood signs" - photographs of victims cutting symbols into their own skin), and building "Lorebooks" - curated collections of victim abuse content that functioned as internal currency and status markers within the 764 Network. DOJ documents confirmed at least 8 minor victims, some as young as 13, across multiple jurisdictions.
As a U.S. resident arrested in North Carolina, Nepal faces direct federal prosecution in the District of Columbia with no extradition complications, in contrast to Varagiannis, who was contesting extradition from Greece before the Greek Court of Appeals as of mid-2025.1
