Ross Perot was an American businessman and politician. Peter Zokosky stated that Robert Booth Nichols was currently in Vietnam, working for Ross Perot. When asked what Nichols was doing, Zokosky laughed and said, "What Ross Perot does best," presumably referring to making money.1
