Fred Ghanem

Fred Ghanem was a figure with special knowledge of Lebanese communities in Detroit, Houston, and Los Angeles. His expertise led to a noticeable increase in DEA-controlled deliveries of heroin into the United States. He was identified as a relative (either a brother or cousin) of Maurice Ghanem, who was involved with FIDCO in Lebanon, and was a senior DEA official working with Michael T. Hurley.1
