Clint Borge (full name Clint Jordan Lopaka Nahooikaika Borge, aliases "Whoops" and "Jordan") is a member of CVLT and the 764 network, based in Pahoa, Hawaii on the Big Island. He was 41 at arrest and 42 at his December 2025 guilty plea. The investigation that identified him as the fourth core CVLT member was conducted by Iowa State University Police Department Officer Kami Feld, who subpoenaed IP and payment records that linked a fictitious Honolulu address to his actual Pahoa residence.1

Identification and Arrest

Federal investigators at Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) had identified three of the four CVLT core leaders before Borge's real-world identity was established. His Discord alias "Whoops" was known; his identity was not. In November 2020, an Iowa State University student reported ongoing blackmail to ISUPD, and Officer Kami Feld's investigation led to subpoenas to electronic service providers. One subpoena response returned IP activity across four locations, including Hawaii. A digital payment account associated with the IP trail used the address 4 Goldfield Road, Honolulu. Feld's verification search found that address linked to several suspicious businesses but no verifiable physical location. The investigation traced from the Honolulu address to Borge's actual residence in Pahoa, Hawaii. HSI Honolulu conducted the physical arrest when the indictment was unsealed in February 2025.1

At Borge's initial appearance, a federal magistrate denied bail. He was remanded to U.S. Marshals custody and transported to Los Angeles for proceedings before District Judge Hernan D. Vera in the Central District of California.2

Federal Case (United States v. Rane, 2:25-cr-00040)

The grand jury returned the indictment on January 17, 2025. Borge faced one count of engaging in a child exploitation enterprise under 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(g). DOJ filings described Borge as a member of the enterprise who participated in and directed victims during the creation of CVLT extortion videos and other CSAM. He was distinguished from Rohan Rane, Kaleb Merritt, and Collin Walker, who were charged as leaders and administrators who also hosted and ran CVLT servers and controlled membership.3

Borge pleaded guilty in December 2025. Judge Vera scheduled his sentencing for March 12, 2026. As of May 2026, no DOJ press release announcing Borge's actual sentence had been published, suggesting the hearing may have been continued. He faces a mandatory minimum of 20 years and a maximum of life imprisonment.4
