Carl Stern was a public relations man for Janet Reno, the Attorney General. He interviewed Paul Wilcher on or about June 11, 1993, regarding the contents of a 100-page letter Wilcher had hand-delivered to Reno, which claimed that holdover DOJ employees from the Reagan-Bush era were responsible for government cover-ups.1
