Bob Schilly was a Sergeant in the CHP. He reported that Mariposa County Sheriff's Sergeant Roderick Sinclair, who was driving with his partner, Deputy Rod McKean, crossed the center line and hit the second of three Secret Service cars, causing it to tumble down a 10-foot embankment. This occurred during the "Queen's accident" on March 5, 1983.1
