Anthony Fratianno was an alleged mobster mentioned in a surveillance report from the Indio Police Department in August 1981. He was observed meeting with Dr. John Philip Nichols, the Cabazon Administrator, and other La Cosa Nostra underworld figures. These meetings were believed to involve financial transactions.1
