Management Science For Health was a group associated with certain factions of the Central Intelligence Agency.
MSH was a group associated with certain factions of the CIA. They were involved in a "turf battle problem" with Ralph Olberg and Tim Osman regarding the representation of the Mujahideen leadership in Afghanistan. MSH argued that Olberg and Osman's group did not truly represent the full leadership of the Mujahideen.1
