Boys Club 21 was a boy brothel operating as a nightclub in Amsterdam's Spuistraat district, managed by Alan Williams, a convicted pedophile dubbed 'The Welsh Witch' on account of his violent rapes of boys in Cardiff, Wales.
Boys Club 21 was a boy brothel operating as a nightclub in Amsterdam's Spuistraat district, managed by Alan Williams, a convicted pedophile dubbed "The Welsh Witch" on account of his violent rapes of boys in Cardiff, Wales. A Scotland Yard informant stated he had delivered tapes to Boys Club 21 addressed to "Alan from Cardiff" and then visited the Gay Palace across the road, where he watched videos of boys in bondage aged eleven to fourteen being raped by masked men. Boys Club 21 was investigated under Operation Framework in 1992-93 alongside the Gay Palace and the video production company TAG Films, which Williams established with two other Welsh pedophiles, John Gay and Lee Tucker.1
