Both entities featured in the X-Dossier investigation into the Marc Dutroux network. Achats Services Commerces was the secondhand car business of Jean-Michel Nihoul; the writer S. Dovey wrote that it provided white Mercedes vehicles used in child abductions. ASCO Industries NV was an aerospace factory owned by Roger Boas, where, Dovey wrote, the witness X1 described the production of snuff films.1
