• Faisal Saud al-Fulaij Kuwaiti businessman who served as a BCCI nominee shareholder in the Financial General and First American takeover and was indicted in New York with Clifford, Altman and Abedi in 1992.
• Mohammed Hammoud Lebanese money changer who became a BCCI front man and shareholder, bought Clifford and Altman's First American stock, and was reported dead in Geneva in 1990.
• Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan Son of Sheikh Zayed of Abu Dhabi in whose name BCCI bought Financial General Bankshares stock in 1978; auditors later cited evidence that its four such shareholders concealed BCCI's role.
