Sue Todd
Police detective of Hercules, California, who according to Cheri Seymour accompanied the RCMP investigator Sean McDade in February 2000 and believed a homicide case of her own was tied to PROMIS.
Sue Todd was a police detective in Hercules, California. According to Cheri Seymour, Todd accompanied the RCMP investigator Sean McDade to meet Seymour in Southern California on February 19, 2000, during Project Abbreviation; the two had found that they shared a source, and Todd believed that a double homicide she had been investigating for three years was connected to PROMIS. Both carried 9mm service pistols to the meeting. Todd was Seymour's point of contact with McDade when he believed he was under ECHELON surveillance, and she later told Seymour that McDade had returned to police work in his hometown.1
