Nadia Marcinkova

Nadia Marcinkova, who later used the surname Marcinko, is a former companion of Jeffrey Epstein described in litigation as his "traveling companion." She is one of the four women named in the co-conspirator clause of Epstein's September 2007 non-prosecution agreement with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida, under which the United States agreed not to charge "any potential co-conspirators of Epstein, including but not limited to Sarah Kellen, Adriana Ross, Lesley Groff, or Nadia Marcinkova." She has never been charged. She later became an FAA-certified commercial pilot and flight instructor and founded an aviation company, Aviloop.¹²

With Epstein

Marcinkova was reportedly brought to live with Epstein from the former Yugoslavia. Flight logs place her on Epstein's aircraft, including a February 2005 flight with the modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, whose agency MC2 Model Management Epstein financed. In depositions in the civil litigation brought by Epstein's victims she invoked her Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination.²³

The Immunity Clause

The agreement naming her was signed in September 2007 by Epstein and the Southern District of Florida under U.S. Attorney R. Alexander Acosta. In 2024 the Second Circuit held, in rejecting Ghislaine Maxwell's appeal, that the clause bound only the Florida office; no other federal district has charged Marcinkova. The Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility concluded in November 2020 that Acosta had "agreed to several unusual and problematic terms in the NPA without the consideration required under the circumstances," a finding of "poor judgment" rather than misconduct.¹⁴

Aviation

Marcinkova worked as a pilot under the nickname "Gulfstream Girl" until Gulfstream Aerospace sued her for trademark infringement in 2013. The suit was settled after she renamed herself "Global Girl" in January 2014. She founded Aviloop, an aviation company, and serves as its chief executive; she lives in New York.²
