Adriana Ross

Adriana Ross, born Adriana Mucinska, is a Polish former model who moved to Florida in 2002 and was hired to work at Jeffrey Epstein's house in Palm Beach. She is one of the four women named in the co-conspirator clause of Epstein's September 2007 non-prosecution agreement with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida, under which the United States agreed that it "will not institute any criminal charges against any potential co-conspirators of Epstein, including but not limited to Sarah Kellen, Adriana Ross, Lesley Groff, or Nadia Marcinkova." She has never been charged.¹²

Palm Beach and the Deposition

Ross appears in the flight logs of Epstein's aircraft. When she was questioned under oath in 2010, she repeatedly invoked her Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination, including in response to questions about whether Prince Andrew had been involved in the abuse. Andrew has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct connected to Epstein.²

The Immunity Clause

The clause bearing her name was agreed in September 2007 by the Southern District of Florida under U.S. Attorney R. Alexander Acosta in exchange for Epstein's guilty pleas to two Florida state charges and an agreed eighteen-month sentence. In 2024 the Second Circuit, rejecting Ghislaine Maxwell's argument that the clause barred her own prosecution, held under United States v. Annabi (1985) that it bound only the Florida office. No federal district has charged Ross. The Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility found in November 2020 that Acosta had "agreed to several unusual and problematic terms in the NPA without the consideration required under the circumstances," and that his decision to resolve the case through the agreement "constitutes poor judgment," but found no professional misconduct.¹³
