Michael Yoder
Retired FBI profiler who reviewed R.C. Horsch's 1985 psychological evaluation for the Philadelphia Inquirer and said it described a potential serial killer.
Michael Yoder is a retired special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation who spent nearly a decade as a criminal profiler in its Behavioral Analysis Unit.1
At the request of The Philadelphia Inquirer he reviewed the 1985 psychological evaluation of R.C. Horsch by Don Seraydarian, made for Horsch's federal drug sentencing. He said it was unusual for such an examination to be made in a drug case, that he saw "overwhelming hallmarks of psychopathy" in it, and that it would have been a red flag for criminal profilers: "If you were to give me this report and I knew nothing about this person, and knew nothing about the crimes he committed, I would say you have a potential serial killer on your hands."1
