Marta Stroessner is the daughter of General Andres Rodriguez and was married to the second son of President Alfredo Stroessner of Paraguay. She was having an affair with the second son of Anastasio Somoza, the overthrown president of Nicaragua, who was living in Asuncion at the time.1
