Colonel Rodriguez flew Ben-Menashe to the plant in a two-man Bell helicopter, and was instructed to allow Ben-Menashe to go wherever he wished. He claimed to only know what he was told about the plant's operations, stating it produced insecticides, despite the strong sulfur smell. He remained silent when questioned about the true nature of the manufactured product.1
