Earle Jones was a branch chief at SRI. He was involved in the early remote viewing experiments conducted by Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ. Jones, along with Puthoff, served as an outbound experimenter for Pat Price in the first formal test of the "outbound" protocol, where Price accurately described their location at Hoover Tower on the Stanford University campus.1
