Technical wizard and Mormon approached by Robert Booth Nichols to manufacture a prototype laser rifle sight under suspicious terms.
Cap Kressop was a "technical wizard" and a Mormon. He was a client of attorney Allan Boyak. Kressop was approached by Robert Booth Nichols and asked to manufacture a prototype laser site for a rifle. He was offered a $200,000 contract for the job but became suspicious when Nichols wanted to pay him in cash.1
