Bart Cox

Bart Cox was a division chief at SRI. He oversaw some of the early psi research conducted by Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ, including experiments with Uri Geller. Cox was involved in selecting target sites for outbound remote viewing experiments, and on one occasion, he and Puthoff served as outbound experimenters for Pat Price, who precognitively described their location at the Redwood City Marina.1
