Roxanne Films was a hardcore pornography studio located at 111 Admiraal de Ruijter Road in Amsterdam, in a building owned by a transvestite named Didier Pellerin. The studio was linked to Jean-Michel Nihoul's child trafficking network through his mistress Marleen De Cokere, who worked at the premises. Pellerin was interviewed by investigators in 1996 regarding Marc Dutroux and confirmed that De Cokere had worked there. A companion operation called Rex Productions was also identified at the same location.1
Robert Jan Warmerdam, a transvestite tracked down by the Morkhoven Workgroup in 2001, claimed Dutroux had frequented the G-force nightclub and both Roxanne Films and Rex Productions in Amsterdam. Warmerdam further stated Dutroux had mentioned a nursery near Roxanne Films where infants were used for pornography. Just down the street at number 74 Admiraal de Ruijter Road was a nursery called Jenno's Knuffelparadijs crèche, which in 2010 was discovered to have been used by a pedophile named Robert Mikelsons, dubbed "The Monster of Riga," to procure babies for pornography distributed online. Among the abuse materials seized from Gerrit-Jan Ulrich's apartment had been videos of this type, and a document found on the Apollo Disks contained a detailed order list for accessing infants for sex.1
