Brother Paul's Children's Mission was a summer camp on North Fox Island in Lake Michigan that served as a front for child pornography and prostitution. The mission was incorporated through Adam Starchild and linked to The Church of New Revelation in New Jersey. According to its mission statement, the mission provided temporary lodging and mentorship programs for juvenile delinquents sent by court order. In practice, the program solicited donations from sponsors by mail who received pornography produced using boys in the program, and sponsors could pay to visit the boys at the island.1

Gerald Richards brought boys from his Detroit-area programs to North Fox Island via Francis Shelden's private plane from St. Clair airport. The mission was linked to Father Bud's Boys Farm in Tennessee through The Church of New Revelation, and to the Delta Project and Odyssey Network through John David Norman's Chicago operations and the Hermes newsletter. The mission was exposed in July 1976 when Richards was arrested and confessed.1
