• Barry Krischer Barry Krischer was the Palm Beach County State Attorney from 1993 to 2009 whose office took the 2006 Epstein case to a grand jury that returned a single solicitation count.
• Joseph Recarey Joseph Recarey was the Palm Beach police detective who led the 2005 to 2006 Epstein investigation, swore the probable cause affidavit recommending five felony counts, and died in May 2018.
