• Alan Standorf Civilian analyst at Vint Hill Farms Station, the Army-run NSA post in Virginia, found beaten to death in his car at Washington National Airport in January 1991, whom Bill Turner named as a source of the BCCI and PROMIS documents in Danny Casolaro's missing briefcase.
• Garby Leon Hollywood development executive at Joel Silver Productions and Columbia who wrote to Janet Reno in July 1993 demanding an inquiry into Paul Wilcher's death as a parallel to Casolaro's, and who prompted and assisted Cheri Seymour's investigation of the Octopus.
