• John DeCamp John W. DeCamp (1941-2017) was a Nebraska state senator, Vietnam veteran, and attorney who published 'The Franklin Cover-Up' in 1992 arguing that the Franklin Credit Union abuse allegations were genuine and suppressed. He served as legal aide to CIA Director William Colby in Vietnam and maintained a close personal relationship with Colby until Colby's death in 1996.
