[Wilma Hall](/people/wilma-hall/) was the secretary to [Robert McFarlane](/people/robert-mcfarlane/) at the [National Security Council](/organizations/national-security-council/). She is also the mother of [Fawn Hall](/people/fawn-hall/), who was [Oliver North's](/people/oliver-north/) secretary.[^1]

[Hall](/people/wilma-hall/) assisted [Gen. William Odom](/people/william-odom/) in proving that [McFarlane](/people/robert-mcfarlane/) was an [Israeli](/places/israel/) mole working for [Rafi](/organizations/rafi/). She did this by taping a phone conversation between [McFarlane](/people/robert-mcfarlane/) and [Eitan](/organizations/rafi/).[^1]
