[Steve Holloway](/people/steve-holloway/) was an Army civilian photo-interpreter and an early member of the [Gondola Wish](/programs/stargate-project/) (later [Grill Flame](/programs/stargate-project/)) remote viewing unit. He was one of the four Army civilians in the initial group of candidates selected by [Skip Atwater](/people/frederick-atwater/) and [Scotty Watt](/people/murray-watt/).[^1]
