Soo Lee was a member of the original 1969 team assembled to design the Prosecutor's Management Information System, working under co-directors Joan E. Jacoby and Charles R. Work with project manager Bill Hamilton at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. By 1974, Lee was employed as a management analyst for the Office of Criminal Justice Plans and Analysis (OCJPA) of the DC government, a role consistent with the analytical work the PROMIS team had pioneered. Positive identification of this individual in later records is complicated by the commonality of the name.1
