He is the principal documented conduit through which O9A ideology entered National Action's internal culture during the period 2015 to 2017. ### National Action Role and O9A Integration Fleming is described in contemporaneous anti-fascist and journalistic reporting as a regional organiser who worked to push National Action toward Left-Hand Path occultism, specifically the O9A's [Seven Fold Way](/concepts/seven-fold-way/) framework. Police searches of National Action members' homes during the prosecution of the organisation's post-proscription membership uncovered materials bearing O9A symbols, which investigators and journalists attributed to Fleming's influence within the group.[^1] Fleming was an active poster on the [Iron March](/organizations/iron-march/) neo-fascist web forum, where he promoted O9A doctrine and recruited for the Drakon Covenant. His Iron March presence connected the Yorkshire nexion to other O9A-affiliated formations internationally, and the Drakon Covenant maintained documented contact with the American nexion [Tempel ov Blood](/organizations/tempel-ov-blood/) (ToB). The foreword to one of Fleming's published books, *Codex Aristarchus*, was written by "Czar Azag-kala" of Tempel ov Blood, demonstrating a direct editorial relationship between the Yorkshire and American O9A formations.[^2] Fleming's Iron March account is corroborated by the database leak of November 2019. Whether Counter Terrorism Command's post-leak National Action investigation, which identified [Benjamin Hannam](/people/benjamin-hannam/) via the "Anglisc" account in February 2020, also cross-referenced Fleming's Iron March activity is not confirmed in any public source. ### Drakon Covenant and Published Works Fleming operated the Drakon Covenant under the pseudonym "A.A. Morain." Under that name he wrote and published at least two documented texts within the O9A publishing ecosystem: *Scithain: Vampyric Witchcraft of the Drakon Covenant* and *Codex Aristarchus*. Both works position themselves within O9A's broader doctrinal corpus on the acausal realm and transgressive spiritual practice. The journalist Jake Hanrahan confirmed the Fleming-Morain identification and the Drakon Covenant's Yorkshire base in February 2021 reporting.[^3] The nexion's international connections were documented in HOPE not hate's "Order of Nine Angles: An Incubator of Terrorism" chapter in *State of Hate 2020*.[^1] ### Criminal Convictions Fleming's criminal record for child sexual abuse pre-dates his period of peak influence within National Action and continued through 2021. In 2012, Fleming was convicted of falsely imprisoning, torturing, and sexually abusing a young boy. He was sentenced to 26 months' imprisonment. The conviction established a sexual harm prevention order restricting his contact with children.[^4] In 2017, Fleming was convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl he met online through Facebook, and was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. HOPE not hate reported this conviction at the time.[^5] In February 2021, Fleming was sentenced to a further six months in prison after police found him messaging young teenagers online in violation of the sexual harm prevention order that had been in place since his earlier convictions. Counter Terrorism Policing detected the breach in December 2020 via Instagram. The conviction was reported by BBC journalist Daniel De Simone, who confirmed Fleming's concurrent O9A membership at the time of the 2021 breach.[^6] As of mid-2026, no terrorism charges have been brought against Fleming in connection with his National Action organising or O9A nexion leadership. His criminal record consists entirely of the child sexual abuse counts.
