Robert H. Cain was a member of the original 1969 team assembled to design the Prosecutor's Management Information System, working under co-directors Joan E. Jacoby and Charles R. Work with project manager Bill Hamilton at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. He later joined INSLAW as a staff member. No additional biographical details have been identified.1
