Philip White
Philip White was the Director of International Affairs for the Criminal Division of the DOJ.
Philip White was the Director of International Affairs for the Criminal Division of the DOJ. He was named in allegations surrounding the PROMIS Software Scandal; the United States Trustee on the Inslaw bankruptcy, William White, is a different official.
According to a source of Ronald LeGrand, White, along with John Keeney and Mark Richard, knew "all about" Lowell Jensen's alleged malfeasance in the Inslaw matter. The source believed that while Richard and White were "pretty upset" about it, they would not disclose what they knew except under subpoena and oath, and that they would not commit perjury.1
