Mark Grobmyer is a lawyer with the firm of Arnold Grobmyer & Haley. He is a godson of Jackson Stephens and often did legal work for Stephens Inc.1
Clinton and Gore
Grobmyer was a law student at the University of Arkansas while Bill Clinton taught there. A longtime friend of Albert Gore and Tipper Gore, he introduced Clinton to Gore in 1988. During the 1992 presidential election he was a member of the Clinton-Gore Arkansas Finance Council. He and his wife, Libby, were profiled in a 1996 report by the Center for Public Integrity on overnight guests of the Clinton White House; he did not respond to the Center's inquiries.1
