[Jillian Hoy](/people/jillian-hoy/) co-directs [Martinet Press](/organizations/martinet-press/) alongside [Joshua Caleb Sutter](/people/joshua-caleb-sutter/) and is Sutter's domestic partner. The pair operated the press from Lexington, South Carolina as the primary publishing arm of [Tempel ov Blood](/organizations/tempel-ov-blood/) and the American [O9A](/organizations/order-of-nine-angles/) network. Martinet Press published [Iron Gates](/concepts/iron-gates/) (2014), *Liber 333*, *Bluebird*, and related O9A texts that became required and recommended reading within [Atomwaffen Division](/organizations/atomwaffen-division/) following Sutter's 2017 infiltration of that organization.

Hoy's individual public profile is limited in available reporting: she is identified as co-director in Martinet Press materials and in accounts of Sutter's activities, but investigative journalism and court documents have focused primarily on Sutter's dual role as FBI informant and O9A publisher. The extent of her awareness of Sutter's FBI arrangement and the full scope of her role in press operations have not been resolved in public sources.

The FBI paid Sutter more than $140,000 as an informant, including funds directed specifically at facilitating his infiltration of AWD. The timing and funding of Martinet Press publications relative to those informant payments - some publications appear to have been produced during periods when Sutter was actively receiving federal payments - remains one of the most extensively documented anomalies in the federal government's handling of the AWD monitoring operation.[^1]
