[Hugh Crane](/people/hugh-crane/) was an official at [SRI](/organizations/stanford-research-institute/) involved in the early remote viewing experiments conducted by [Hal Puthoff](/people/hal-puthoff/) and [Russell Targ](/people/russell-targ/). He was present during some of [Pat Price](/people/pat-price/)'s psychokinetic demonstrations and remote viewing sessions. In one notable instance, he was with Price in a Faraday cage when Price precognitively described the Redwood City Marina, where Puthoff and [Bart Cox](/people/bart-cox/) later ended up.[^1]
