Helen E. Hoersch, born Helen E. Wissman (died August 27, 1968), was the wife of [Albert Hoersch](/people/albert-hoersch/) of 417 West Chew Street in the Olney section of Philadelphia, and the paternal grandmother of the pornographer and fugitive [R.C. Horsch](/people/rc-horsch/). The house was later owned by R.C. Horsch and from 2006 by his son [Eugene Horsch](/people/eugene-horsch/), and was searched in the [Olney House Investigation](/events/olney-house-investigation/) of 2026.[^1][^2][^3]

Her death notice, which gives her address as the Chew Street house, invited relatives, friends, and Grace United Methodist Church to a viewing and to a service at the Schneider Funeral Home, 617-619 West Olney Avenue, with burial in Hillside Cemetery. Her husband's death notice of 1972, which spells her maiden name Wissmer, names their children as Albert Jr., [Raymond C.](/people/raymond-c-hoersch/), and Helen M. Hoersch.[^1][^2]
