[Charles Dennis McKee](/people/charles-dennis-mckee/) was a Major and a senior member of the Middle East Collection 10 (MC-10) cell in [Cyprus](/places/cyprus/) and Beirut. He was on Pan Am Flight 103, along with [Matthew Kevin Gannon](/people/matthew-kevin-gannon/), when it exploded over Scotland. They had just returned from a mission in Beirut.[^1]
