Cecilia T. Hagerty, born Cecilia T. Stock (died October 25, 1991, aged 93), was a licensed practical nurse in Stroudsburg and the maternal grandmother of the Philadelphia pornographer and fugitive [R.C. Horsch](/people/rc-horsch/), who was born near Stroudsburg in 1943.[^1][^2]

She was born in Reading, a daughter of Thomas and Rosanna Stock, and married Eugene D. Hagerty; in September 1969 the couple's fiftieth wedding anniversary was celebrated in Stroudsburg with their children and grandchildren, among them Mr. and Mrs. [Raymond Hoersch](/people/raymond-c-hoersch/) of Doylestown and Mrs. Raymond Hoersch Jr. of Philadelphia. She worked as a nurse at the former Rosenkrans Hospital in Stroudsburg and was one of the first nurses at the Laurel Manor Nursing Home there, and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She lived on Sarah Street and died at the Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg, survived by her daughter [Clara Hoersch](/people/clara-hoersch/) of Chalfont, four sons in Berks County and Stroudsburg, a sister, sixteen grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.[^1][^3]
