He interviewed [Paul Wilcher](/people/paul-wilcher/) on or about June 11, 1993, regarding the contents of a 100-page letter Wilcher had hand-delivered to Reno, which claimed that holdover [DOJ](/organizations/department-of-justice/) employees from the [Reagan](/people/ronald-reagan/)-[Bush](/people/george-hw-bush/) era were responsible for government cover-ups.[^1]
