Schedule A of its annual amendment executed March 30, 2026 lists "Scaramucci, Alexander, Joseph" and "KLOKUS, ALEXANDER" ([Alex Klokus](/people/alex-klokus/), CRD 7432068), each "MANAGING MEMBER," each acquired September 2021, each with ownership code D (50 percent but less than 75 percent) and control person status; the form was signed by Klokus. Item 2.B reports private fund assets of $132,930,715. The funds listed include Kyber Capital Crypto Fund I ($54,529,900 gross assets, 14 owners), SALT Fund I ($38,519,622, 106 owners), a gene therapy fund ($16,432,917), a longevity series ($14,044,756), a food series ($7,180,412) and a mental health series ($2,223,108).[^5] SALT Fund I, L.P. filed a Form D on March 16, 2021, signed "/s/ Alexander Scaramucci," naming Scaramucci and Klokus as executive officers and offering $25,000,000 with the first sale yet to occur; an amendment of July 6, 2021 reports a first sale on March 17, 2021, $40,000,000 offered, $34,585,000 sold and 91 investors.[^6] The series funds (food, longevity, gene therapy, mental health), filed between November 2021 and June 2022 under general partner entities including SALT Equity Partners I LLC, do not name either man as a related person.[^6] Kyber Capital Crypto Fund I LP filed a Form D signed August 23, 2022 (EDGAR August 24, 2022), naming Kyber Capital Crypto GP I LLC as general partner, SALT Fund Management LLC as investment manager, and Klokus and "Alexander Joseph Scaramucci" as managing members; it reports the first sale as "yet to occur," an "Indefinite" offering of more than one year and $0 sold. (May 24, 2022: Ben Berman chief executive, Scaramucci treasurer, Klokus secretary; $8,255,000 sold to 21 investors; a second filing for Tomorrow Farms, PBC, April 29, 2024, $4,765,635 sold to 6 investors), Shuttle Labs LLC (November 28, 2022, $25,000 sold), Radial Health Inc. (April 30, 2024, directors Klokus, Scaramucci and Elliot Cohen; $7,797,992 sold to 13 investors) and Microcapital Inc. (November 7, 2024, $1,535,000 sold to 4 investors).[^8] Fortune reports that "public filings list Alex Klokus as a third co-founder" of Radial Health.[^2] Solari Capital funds (Fund III, ABTC I and II, General Medicine I, Northwood Space I, Treasure Trove I and Radial Health I, filed December 2024 to May 2026) name only Alexander Scaramucci as managing member of the general partner. Fund III offered $75,000,000 and reported $42,900,000 sold to 39 investors (D/A December 19, 2025), and reports a finder, CF Advisory Pte. Ltd, paid on committed capital.[^9] Fortune reported that Solari has deployed about $350 million and describes SALT as "the investor conference and media business Scaramucci co-chairs."[^2] ### FTX bankruptcy documents The creditor matrix filed January 25, 2023 in the bankruptcy of [FTX Trading Ltd.](/organizations/ftx/) (Bankr. D. Del. 22-11068, Doc. 574, page 102 of 116) lists creditor "THE SALT FUND" with contact lines "AJ SCARAMUCCI," "ALEX KLOKUS" and a third individual, and a second row "THE SALT FUND / AJ SCARAMUCCI"; no amount or claim type is stated.
