Tahal is the government-owned water planning corporation in Israel. It was responsible for building the expertly concealed shelters for Israel's first nuclear missile field at Hirbat Zachariah. The smooth barrels through which the missiles would be launched were imported into the country marked as lengths of pipeline.1
