The email contact on its filings uses the domain of the Crosby Ottenhoff Group, which the committee also pays as a compliance consultant.[^1][^2] Its leaders, Zac Moffatt and Josh Vlasto, described the RAISE Act of the New York Assembly member Alex Bores in November 2025 as "ideological and politically motivated legislation" and said that "bills like the RAISE Act threaten American competitiveness, limit economic growth."[^3] ### Donors Through its report of July 15, 2026, Leading the Future had received 75,100,000 dollars in contributions and 75,788,224.10 dollars in total receipts, had disbursed 44,755,780.65 dollars and held 31,032,443.45 dollars in cash.[^4] The contributions came from four sources: - A16Z Capital Management LLC of Menlo Park, California, the management company of [Andreessen Horowitz](/organizations/andreessen-horowitz/), gave 25,000,000 dollars on August 22, 2025, and another 25,000,000 dollars on February 11, 2026. On each of four dates, December 15, 2025, and February 24, May 19 and June 8, 2026, it gave 5,000,000 dollars to a committee called Think Big and 5,000,000 dollars to one called American Mission, 40,000,000 dollars in all. It also gave 3,000,000 dollars to American Mission Florida on March 4, 2026, and 500,000 dollars to Build American AI on October 9, 2025. These transfers came to 43.5 million of its 44.76 million dollars in disbursements.
