Femme Productions was an adult film company founded in 1984 by Candida Royalle to produce "adult films from a woman's perspective" and films that couples could watch together. It released 18 films between 1984 and 2007, 13 directed by Royalle, which she described as "sensuously explicit," with "high production values, non-formulaic eroticism."12 Its titles included Three Daughters (1986), Sensual Escape (1991), Revelations (1992), My Surrender (1996) and Stud Hunters (2002).1 The Internet Adult Film Database credits "RC Hürsch," a name used by R.C. Horsch, as director of Lovers (1993) and Lovers 2 (1994) for the company.3 In the 1990s Femme's titles were distributed by Adam and Eve.1
