It is the named owner in the United States Patent and Trademark Office applications for SKYWATCHER (serial 98864113, filed November 20, 2024), ENNEA (98873547, filed November 26, 2024) and PSIONIC (99091501, filed March 19, 2025), and the operator, by the record of its website, of "The Explorer's Club by Ennea," whose inaugural gathering was held at the [Esalen Institute](/organizations/esalen-institute/) from October 14 to 18, 2024.[^1][^2][^3][^4] ### Formation and registration A Delaware certificate of good standing for ENNEA LLC dated June 13, 2025 (authentication number 203947585), attached to the Florida application, states that the company "was formed on the first day of January, A.D. 2024." The footer of the certificate gives the Delaware file number 2861775.[^5] A Delaware Division of Corporations name search on October 3, 2026 returned only that file number for the name. Other Delaware entities in Klokus's filings carry file numbers between about 5,000,000 and 6,800,000 (Futurism, LLC 5743300; Tomorrow Farms Inc. 6775125; Kyber Capital Crypto GP I LLC 6794772), and Skywatcher Technologies Corporation, incorporated November 27, 2024, carries 10021279. The certificate date and the file number are recorded here as they appear; no Delaware document explaining the combination was opened, and January 1 is a Delaware state holiday.[^5][^6] The Florida Division of Corporations record for document M25000008651 shows a foreign limited liability company, state of formation Delaware, filed June 16, 2025, status active, federal employer identification number 33-2209329, registered agent VCORP Agent Services, Inc. The application, faxed by the agent on June 16, 2025, is signed "ALEX KLOKUS" with the title Member and lists him as the only person. The annual report filed April 17, 2026 is signed "ALEX KLOKUS, CEO" and lists him as sole authorized person with the title MBR. The amended annual report of July 15, 2026 changes the principal address to the registered agent's Plantation address and the mailing address to 12555 Biscayne Boulevard #1083, and is signed "ALEX KLOKUS, AUTHORIZED SIGNER." The earlier principal and mailing addresses are residential and are not reproduced here.[^2] The registered address on all three trademark applications is the VCORP Agent Services address, 108 West 13th Street, Suite 100, Wilmington, Delaware, a commercial registered-agent address also given on unrelated applications and also the registered agent address of [Skywatcher Technologies](/organizations/sky-watcher/) Corporation. The domain skywatcher.ai, registered December 6, 2024, lists as registrant "Skywatcher Technologies" at the same 12555 Biscayne Boulevard #1083 mailbox that appears as ENNEA LLC's mailing address on the Florida record of July 2026.[^2][^6][^7] ### Trademark applications All filings in the public files of SKYWATCHER and PSIONIC, and the filings in the ENNEA file read here, are signed by the attorney of record, Robert Drolet of [Fort Lauderdale](/places/fort-lauderdale/). None contains an owner-signed declaration; owner email is redacted in the public copies, and the SKYWATCHER application is an intent-to-use filing with no specimen. The owner telephone on the applications is the number printed on the Form D of Futurism, LLC (December 19, 2016) and the Form ADV of [SALT Fund Management LLC](/organizations/salt-fund-management-llc/) (March 30, 2026): 203-571-7341. The 2016 number may have been reassigned, and no document says it is Klokus's line today.[^3][^7] The SKYWATCHER application (Class 35, "Business management") received an extension of time to file a statement of use on February 11, 2026 and a petition to revive was filed September 14, 2026. The ENNEA application drew a refusal under Section 2(d) on May 14, 2025 citing ENNEAPLAN (registration 6,057,943), and was suspended by a letter of January 3, 2026. The PSIONIC application drew a Section 2(d) refusal on August 27, 2025 citing SIONIC (registrations 5,572,170 and 5,572,173), a final refusal on March 6, 2026, and a request for reconsideration on September 9, 2026 that added the identification "business administration and operational management of scientific research programs" and the exclusion "none of the foregoing being financial consulting, financial advisory, investment advisory, wealth management, banking, or accounting services."[^3][^8] The response to the ENNEA office action, filed November 12, 2025, submits as evidence two third-party screenshots. One, a Facebook post of January 28, 2025 by the "Disclosure Team" account, has a highlighted snippet reading "Ennea, which is a sister organization to Skywatcher and comprised of ..." The other is an Instagram reel by the same account captioned: "Matthew Pines reveals he is working as an outside advisor for the @skywatcherhq team and Ennea. Ennea is an invitational community of patrons, entrepreneurs, scientists, and mystics working at the forefront of consciousness. Matthew will be helping with the Skywatcher team's strategy going forward." The caption is the Disclosure Team's, not ENNEA's, and was selected and filed by ENNEA's attorney to show that the services are sold "through online platforms coordinating efforts of like-minded entities."[^8] ### Co-existence agreement The agreement effective November 19, 2025 between ENNEA LLC ("a limited liability company under the laws of Delaware," Party 1) and Waterkress Creative LLC, owner of ENNEAPLAN, was filed with the USPTO on December 7, 2025 as a voluntary amendment. Section 2 states: "Party 1 Mark will be used to commercialize ENNEA initiatives, wherein ENNEA is an organization focused on the research and investigation of scientific anomalies. The organization has an active community of scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors focused on conducting research necessary to usher in a new scientific paradigm." Under Section 3 ENNEA agrees not to use the mark for marketing consultancy, brand development or advertising services. The signature block reads "Alex Klokus," title "ENNEA LLC Authorized Representative," and for Waterkress Amy Youssef. The Acrobat Sign audit shows the document created November 25, 2025 by Drolet, "emailed" to an ennea.io address "for signature," and signed at 12:17:02 PM GMT; the Waterkress signature is dated November 23, 2025.[^9] ### ennea.io and the Explorer's Club The domain ennea.io was registered January 5, 2024 and transferred March 11, 2024; the registrant name is redacted and mail is handled by Google Workspace. Captures of May 22 and August 9, 2024 show the tagline "The central node for capital, research, and relationships fueling contrarian ideas." with an email sign-up box. Captures from November 4, 2024 show the title "The Explorer's Club by Ennea. Inaugural gathering at the Esalen Institute October 14th-18th, 2024." and the text: "An invitational community of patrons, entrepreneurs, scientists, and mystics working at the forefront of consciousness." "What if a higher form of intelligence has been visiting this planet? And remains here right now, to this day?" "Our inaugural event is a highly curated, patron-funded, invite-only experience focused on exploring how new discoveries related to consciousness, higher intelligence, and the mysterious energy field that connects our universe will usher in a new scientific paradigm." The application form at /explorersclub/request asks name, phone, email, "Are you a Patron or Practitioner/Researcher?", "Why do you want to join?" and "Relevant links." No captured page names an organizer, address or legal entity.[^10][^4] No Form D, Senate lobbying filing, federal contract recipient record or [Federal Election Commission](/organizations/federal-election-commission/) contributor under the name ENNEA, Ennea LLC or Skywatcher was found in searches of October 3 to 4, 2026, and the company files no public Form 990 on the Florida record.
