Boys Club 21 was a boy brothel operating as a nightclub in Amsterdam's Spuistraat district, managed by [Alan Williams](/people/alan-williams/), a convicted pedophile dubbed "The Welsh Witch" on account of his violent rapes of boys in Cardiff, Wales. A Scotland Yard informant stated he had delivered tapes to Boys Club 21 addressed to "Alan from Cardiff" and then visited the [Gay Palace](/organizations/gay-palace/) across the road, where he watched videos of boys in bondage aged eleven to fourteen being raped by masked men. Boys Club 21 was investigated under [Operation Framework](/programs/operation-framework/) in 1992-93 alongside the Gay Palace and the video production company [TAG Films](/organizations/tag-films/), which Williams established with two other Welsh pedophiles, [John Gay](/people/john-gay/) and [Lee Tucker](/people/lee-tucker/).[^1]
